Homenaje font is a modern type font inspired by the bronze cemetery art found in the Recoleta and Chacaritas districts of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
This font provides economy in text settings without losing its strong, straight, and steady features. It was made by Agustina Mingote and Constanza Artigas Preller took the charge to designe this font.
Agustina Mingote was born in Argentina, in 1979. She studied Design and Visual Communication in 1998. she designed two font families for Google Fonts during her postgraduate typography course.
And now she runs the design studio Estudio Mingote and Sobrado with her partner Guadalupe Sobrado in city Bell where she’s doing editorial and typographical work.
